The short version
If a report didn’t deliver what we promised, write to fatefinder.org@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We’ll refund you in full, no questions asked, usually within 2 business days.
What qualifies for a refund
- The report didn’t generate or was corrupt.
- The calculation was bound to the wrong person or address.
- You bought by mistake and haven’t opened/downloaded the report yet.
- You’re not satisfied with the analysis for any reason within 14 days.
What doesn’t
- Disagreement with the underlying classical Feng Shui / Bazi tradition (the math is deterministic — we don’t author the outcomes, the centuries-old system does).
- Annual Pass refunds after credits have been spent. Unused credits within 14 days of purchase are refundable pro rata.
- Charges older than 60 days (Stripe’s reversal window).
How to request
Email fatefinder.org@gmail.com with your order number (visible at My Soul → Destiny Tracks) and a one-line reason. That’s it.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank; PayPal is usually same-day.
Chargebacks
Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank. We refund freely and quickly; a chargeback costs us a $15 dispute fee and leaves you waiting 30–60 days for the same outcome.
