1. Who we are
FateFinder (“we”, “us”) is a website at fatefinder.org that provides free Feng Shui calculators and paid Bazi-derived analysis reports.
2. What we sell
- Personal Element Map ($9 single / $19 Annual Pass with 3 credits + monthly outlook) — narrative Bazi report bound to one specific birth chart.
- Commercial Address Feng Shui Report ($29) — pre-lease analysis bound to one specific property address.
- Company Annual Feng Shui Audit ($49) — yearly office analysis bound to one specific company.
All reports are digital, delivered instantly in-browser, with a downloadable PDF saved to your account at My Soul → Cosmic Artifacts.
3. Use of the tools
- The free calculators are unmetered and provided “as is”.
- Reports are for personal use, one chart per purchase. Buying a report does not license you to republish or commercialize the output.
- You may share screenshots of your own results.
- You agree not to scrape, automate, or stress-test our systems.
4. Disclaimer (this is important)
FateFinder reports are cultural and recreational content. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or relationship advice. Do not make medical, legal, financial, or family decisions based on a Feng Shui or Bazi reading without consulting a licensed professional in the relevant field.
Classical Feng Shui and Bazi are pre-scientific systems with no peer-reviewed efficacy data. We present them as a heritage decision-making framework, not as science.
5. Accounts
You can create a free account to save profiles and purchase reports. You’re responsible for keeping your password safe. Email fatefinder.org@gmail.com if your account is compromised; we’ll help recover or close it.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers selected at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. By purchasing you agree to the payment provider’s terms as well as ours.
7. Refunds
See our Refund Policy — 14-day no-questions-asked window for any reason.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FateFinder is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the tools or reports. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in a newsletter to active subscribers and posted here with a new “last updated” date.
